We are currently looking for a Chargeback Rebuttal Manager for one of our businesses.

Billing Operations is a dynamic and evolving team of payments specialists. We work remotely, we advise users from different parts of the world on payment issues, we investigate interesting cases like real detectives, we communicate with banks and payment providers, we pump our own expertise in the field of online payments in order to perform even more efficiently.

What we expect from you:

Intermediate English (B1+), especially written, as it is necessary to conduct correspondence and prepare documents for submission to international banks in English;
—Experience with online payments. A basic understanding of how the field of online payments works and experience with fraud and chargebacks are also welcome;
- Inside you lives a detective who loves to investigate complex situations, analyze facts and dig into their root cause, offer ways to solve it;
- Responsibility, composure and discipline are very important when working with documents for banks attention to details, as even a small nuance can have a significant impact on the final result of the appeal;
- Experience with automation and implementation of initiatives - understanding how to improve processes through automation and launching improvements;
- Organizedness - control our working time on a shift, a desire to optimize our workflow, pay attention to inefficiencies, interest in improving our work will be a plus process;
—Experience with analytics—the ability to collect, interpret, and use data for decision-making and process optimization;
—Communication with stakeholders—skills in building effective communication with various stakeholders, aligning expectations, and ensuring process transparency.

"Wow! And how is the work going?":

When receiving notifications about new chargebacks, we start investigating cases, study the history of user activity on the platform;
—Collect a package of evidence and prepare documents for appealing disputes;
—Communicate with payment providers and transfer documents for consideration to banks;
— We monitor the situation, do analytics, evaluate system efficiency;
— We work with colleagues and partners to expand expertise inomeni;
— We research the market, gain insights from other players in the niche and outside it;
—Based on the acquired knowledge and expertise, we make decisions about the need for changes and improvements in the existing payment infrastructure;
—We train professional skills at trainings and lectures for further development.
