Our Division has an unrivalled portfolio of 23 aspirational brands (Yves Saint Laurent, Khiels, Lancôme, Prada, and Urban Decay to name a few) and an incredibly talented team of 28k experts, making it perfectly equipped to meet the endless and all-encompassing demands of luxury consumers around the world.Key ResponsibilitiesAs Channel Manager B&M, you will be responsible for working with key offline clients and partners and developing business in this channel.Develop and implement the business development strategy for the offline channel and brand representation in the offline channel.Build strong partnerships with key customers, conduct annual/quarterly negotiations to increase sales and achieve the unit's results: turnover, market share, profit.Manage client sales growth and profitability in line with company and business unit objectives, analysing sales levels. Create and implement an annual business plan, taking into account all levels of growth: commercial contracts, promotional plans, online merchandising, profitability, terms and conditions, etc. Work with category management and special projects, other tools to accelerate the growth of the channel in general and customers in particular.Monitor client performance against the business plan and develop alternative strategies where necessary.
