• Coordination of Bank Transformational Projects and Bank Programs

• Management of Strategic Projects of the Bank without attracting external resources from the moment of initialization to the moment of closing of the project

• Bank Strategic Project Management with the participation of external consultants from the moment of initialization until the moment of closing of the project

• Formation and Control of the Project Plan

• Formation and Control of the Project Team Work within the Bank's functional structure

• Formation and Control of Resources in Project/Programs

• Presentation of Results and Status on Projects

• Project/Program Documentation Management
