Change Manager/Business Analyst in PrivatBank

About the project: The team works on projects related to Google Workspace, End-user computing (EUC), transfer of bank complexes to new technologies (the world's best practice), standardization of workspaces and optimization of work of end users. Construction and reengineering of business processes.

Main duties:

- Gathering requirements from business and end users

- Analysis of requirements and search for effective solution options

- Formalization and reengineering of internal business processes, assessment of their maturity

- Incident management and changes

- Work with various software complexes, preparation of presentations and instructions

Requirements for candidates:

- 2+ years of work experience as a business analyst or IT project manager

- Practical experience of working with standardized business processes of various maturity levels

- Understanding of the main of ITIL principles

- Confident user of Linux, Windows OS

- Practical skills of working with project and task management systems (Jira, Confluence, Trello, etc.)

- Readiness for continuous development

- Initiative, strong leadership qualities

Will be an advantage:

- Experience in administration or configuration of Google products

- Experience in development/testing/system integration
