Change Manager in OTP BANK Ukraine

We are currently looking for a Change Manager

Your future functionality:

• Bank's systems.
• Coordination of change processes in the bank in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
• Planning, organization and control of change testing.
• Coordination of change processes in key business systems (core banking, CRM, payment services).
• Informing and supporting line personnel during the implementation of new products, systems or processes.
• Identifying risks and barriers in the process of change, proposing solutions to minimize them.
• Monitoring the effectiveness of implemented changes and preparing reports.

Our candidate has:

• Higher education in the field of IT, finance or management.
• Experience of 2 years in the field of IT/banking technologies, of which at least 1 year as a Change Manager or Project Manager.
• Knowledge of change management methodology.
• Understanding the software life cycle and tasks at each stage.
• Experience with ITSM systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence).
• ITIL certification, (will be an advantage).
• Fluent command of the Ukrainian language, a high level of command of general and technical English (from B2)
