What you will do:

• Reception, registration and validation of change requests.
• Maintenance of documentation and centralized registry.
• Planning and coordination of change implementation with technical and business teams.
• Maintenance of change calendar, planning of technical windows.
• Analysis of impact, risks and preparation of materials for decision-making.
• Control of adherence to ITIL procedures and standards.
• Information of stakeholders, preparation of reports.
• Participation in process improvement and knowledge base development.

Requirements:

• Higher education (IT, management, business or related areas).
• 1 year of work experience in the field of processes, project management or technical support.
• Understanding of change management and ITIL basic principles.
• Skills in working with service management systems and MS Office.
• Analytical thinking, organization, attention to details.
• Ability to communicate effectively and multitask.
