Change management expert in lifecell

We are looking for a Change Management Expertto join to our team lifecell

To spheres position's responsibilities will include ensuring compliance of company change initiatives and projects with business goals and functional requirements due to the human factor of change - including changes in business processes, systems and technologies, roles and responsibilities, as well as in organizational structures. 

Functional duties:< /p>

1. Management of the process of changes in the organizational structure of the company (departments, departments, groups)
2. Management of business processes
3. Management of activities/projects from the direction of management changes
4. Consultations and communications regarding internal rules and best practices of project activity and change management in the Company
5. Management of the Company's corporate library of documents
6. Efficiency management and identification of areas for improving efficiency activities in the business functions of the company
7. Automation of processes. Analysis of the operation of existing automated systems and databases that support the Company's processes, from the point of view of the efficiency of business processes and compliance with business goals, the formation of proposals for their optimization and improvement.

Requirements:

1. Complete higher education

2. Work experience: from 5 years in the field of consulting or related to the organization and coordination of certain corporate activities

3. Ukrainian language - fluency

4. English language -  above average level

5. Advanced user of MS Office, Internet, MS Visio, MS Project

6. Knowledge of business management principles and project management principles

7. Developed analytical skills

8. The ability to work with a large amount of information

9. Negotiation skills

10. High organization of own activity and motivation for results
