The Blyzenko chain of stores is a dynamic company that is rapidly developing in the food retail market. We invite to our team an experienced Change Management Analyst who is ready to grow with us and contribute to the achievement of ambitious business goals.
What you will do:
Reception, registration and validation of change requests.
Maintenance of documentation and centralized registry.
Planning and coordination of implementation of changes with technical and business teams.
Maintenance of change calendar, planning of technical windows.
Analysis of impact, risks and preparation of materials for decision-making.
Control of compliance with ITIL procedures and standards.
Informing stakeholders, preparation of reports.
Participation in process improvement and knowledge base development.
Requirements:
Higher education (IT, management, business or related fields).
Experience of 1 year in the field of processes, project management or technical support.
Understanding change management and basic ITIL principles.
Skills in working with service management systems and MS Office.
Analytical thinking, organization, attention to details.
Ability to communicate effectively and work with several tasks.
