The Change Framework team is a multi-disciplinary team using agile methods and tools to maintain and enhance HSBC’s approaches to managing change across the Bank. HSBC Change Framework is an internal digital platform that sets the global standards for change delivery and portfolio management across HSBC Group. It provides best practice methodological guidance for portfolio and delivery management using waterfall, hybrid agile, and agile at scale approaches.

What you need to have to succeed in this role

  • Experience of working in change delivery and / or portfolio management.
  • A passion for change management methods, tools and techniques.
  • Understanding / experience of agile ways of working.
  • Analytical skills including the ability to work at both a detailed level and see the ‘bigger picture’.
  • Strong communication skills including verbal, business / technical writing, and effective presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple and competing priorities.
  • Ability to lead and manage digital content creation and work with technical designers / developers.
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
