Financial director in ESRS100, TOV

We are an international IT company in partner marketing. We are looking for a financial director who will head the company's financial department. Operational activity is conducted in more than 10 countries. 

Requirements:

-Experience in the position of CFO; Style = "font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-disocoration: none">-knowledge of international standards of financial transactions/reporting; Autonomy, responsibility, ability to delegate and control;

-promoting new markets; FONT-STYLE: NORMAL; style = "font-weight: 700; FONT-STYLE: Normal; Text-Decoration: None "> Responsibilities:

-Development and implementation of a global financial strategy;

-Management of Financial Activity of all companies, including in different countries. FONT-STYLE: Normal; Text-Decoration: NONE ">-Analysis of Financial Results formation;

-Optimization of Cash Flow Management Strategies, including investments, attracting/repayment of loans and working capital management;

-Tax Optimization;

-Flexible work schedule: Mon-Fri from 9:00 (10:00) to 6:00 pm (19:00);

-Ability to work remotely on Fridays;
