Tasks

Audit of existing business processes and financial accounting systems in a group of companies.

Working with the auditors of the counterparty in the process of DD projects.

Responsibility within the group for financial accounting, FP&A, tax planning and timely reporting.

Composition of the division

Financial Directors of areas (4-5 specialists)

Treasury (2 specialists)

Financial Analysts (2-3 specialists)

Requirements are mandatory

Financial Director experience of 5 years or more.

M&A experience

Knowledge of IFRS.

Experience of creating from scratch or transforming a financial service.

English from B1

Will be a plus

Experience accompanying DD, participation in M&A agreements

Experience of working in systemic international companies.

Experience of working in a senior position in well-known auditing companies

Experience of working in logistics
