Tasks< /strong>

1.     Audit of existing business processes and financial accounting systems in the group of companies.

2.     Preparation of recommendations for the transformation of the financial service, the goal is timely and reliable financial reporting in accordance with IFRS. 

3.     Carrying out the transformation as a deputy financial director.

4.     Management of the financial service as a financial director after the transformation.

5.     Work with auditors of the counterparty in the process of DD projects.

6.     Responsibility within the group for financial accounting, FP&A, tax planning and timely reporting.

Requirements must

1.     5 years of experience as a financial director of a group of companies.

2.     Knowledge of IFRS.

3.     Experience in creating from scratch or transforming a financial service.

Requirements desirable

1.     Experience in DD support, participation in M&A deals

2.     Work experience in systemic international companies.

3.     Work experience in a senior position in well-known auditing companies

4.     Work experience in logistics
