We are seeking a motivated Certification Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about learning and development, particularly in the field of cloud technologies. As a Certification Intern, you will be responsible for assisting in the certification processes for developers in AWS, Google Cloud, and other platforms. You will work closely with the certification manager and subject matter experts to ensure certifications are accurately managed, and documentation is clear and comprehensive.

Requirements:

• Upper-Intermediate English is a must
• Critical thinking is a must (any tech background will help)
• The ability to analyze complex situations and make informed decisions is a must.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Search and certify developers for AWS, Google Cloud, and other platforms.
• Ensure transparency in the certification process, creating documents or tutorials as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and subject matter experts to identify and assess learning needs within the business units.
• Manage training certificates, ensuring compliance with company policies and accuracy in records.
• Analyze certification exam data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Stay informed about emerging learning technologies and methodologies, especially those relevant to certification preparation and delivery.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with e-learning platforms or certification processes.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools or methodologies.
