Certification Executive in Philip Morris International

POSITION PURPOSE: Ensure obtaining required permits and documents related to non-tariff regulation for import/export of goods in full compliance with the Company Procedures and Ukrainian Legislation to ensure uninterrupted supply of materials and productsRESPONSIBILITIES: Organize the process of receiving the required by Ukrainian Legislation permissive documents issued by the State authorized organizations to ensure timely import and export of the materials and goods Ensure that customs clearance of goods is conducted in full compliance with the Ukrainian Legislation Monitor Legislation changes related to customs and non-tariff regulation, analyze their impact on business and the Company processes Provide consultative assistance to other departments on customs clearance matters Prepare annual budget and control the related expenses Establish and maintain good professional relationships with the relevant State authorized organizations Participate in the projects related to the optimization of the processes and costsREQUIREMENTS: University degree in Economics, Logistics or Law Language skills: English – Upper-Intermediate, Ukrainian - native Confident MS Office user (Excel, Word, Power Point), experience with SAP, QDPro or MD Office would be additional advantage Experience in logistics or supply chain and knowledge of Ukrainian legislation related to export and import activities would be a good asset Preferable: International trade basics (working with contracts and shipping documents, basic knowledge of EU Customs Legislation and Free Trade Agreements) Analytical skills Communication and negotiation skills Teamwork and cooperation Customer focus Initiative and good learning skillsWHAT WE OFFER: You will work in a truly international environment You will get unique development opportunities You will enjoy building your network among highly professional colleagues You will get competitive compensation & social package Show more Show less Посадовий рівень Не застосовується Тип зайнятості Інше Посадові обов’язки Виробництво Галузі Виробництво і Виробництво тютюну
