Challenges that await you every day:
- Participation in the strategic management of the Company.
- Development of the Company's infrastructure, organization of effective interaction of business units (synchronization of processes in all aspects of activity of the company).
- Management of changes in the Company, implementation of solutions for optimization (increasing efficiency), task management, automation and systematization of business processes.
- Control of the implementation of the Company's strategy in the context of the use of budgets , key performance indicators of the teams, achievement of the goals set in the business plan.
- Analysis and optimization of costs and increase of the Company's income.
