Your main tasks will be:

• Development and implementation of the company strategy.
• Market monitoring and formation of a strong competitive strategy.
• Formation of the financial model.
• Management of the product and its improvement.
• Ensuring the implementation of financial and quantitative plans.
• Team management.
• Development of marketing strategy and coordination of its implementation.
• Development of channels attraction of new customers.
• Implementation of the strategy of converting new customers into permanent ones.
• Sales management (attraction of new and retention of customers).
• Management of unit economy of the company.
• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Management of analytics and key performance indicators of the company.
• Team management, ensuring regular management.
• Strategic development and opening of new regions.
• Standardization of business processes and control of their execution.
• Management of online sales channel development.
• Building strategic partnerships.

You are our person if you have:

• Experience in management positions (CEO or as close as possible to the CEO ).
• Understanding the logic of building a business model and competitive strategy.
• Deep knowledge in digital marketing.

• Ability to build financial models, plans and budgets, and achieve their execution.

• Ability to operationally manage sales and work skills with CRM systems.
