We are currently looking for TOP managerwho will lead our ambitious agency in the position of CEO.

Our activity is divided into three main directions: marketing business, international direction for working with foreign clients, as well as media buying direction, which we are just starting to develop. Your tasks will be:

• Get to know the team, conduct an in-depth analysis of the current state of the company, identify key problems and opportunities for development;
• Transform and optimize the existing sales department into a cool, systematic and efficient department;
• Develop and implement a strategy for entering international markets, focusing on increasing the average customer check and business diversification;< /li>
• Implement a systematic approach to team management, increase the efficiency of all company departments;
• Automate the processes of lead generation and lead conversion, determine the most effective channels of attracting customers and will buildand a high-quality analytics system for growth;
• Implement a systematic approach to scaling the company: expand the client base, increase the team and ensure stability during growth;
• Increase the profitability of the company by three times, as well as to bring the company to the TOP of digital marketing agencies of Ukraine.

So, as the CEO of the agency, you will perform a key the role of a leader in determining development directions, coordinating all processes and making strategic decisions to ensure sustainable growth of the company.

What skills and criteria are important to us now:

• Leadership qualities and orientation to the result, to inspire and motivate the team;
• Minimum 5 years of work on management positions (CEO/SMO/SOO/CBDO/Head of Sales, etc.);
• Experience of building a sales department;
• Experience of working in a marketing agency;
• See the big picture, generate ideas and develop strategies to achieve the company's goals in the future;
• Be able to assess current trends in the market, predict their impact on the company and adapt the appropriate strategy;
• Be able to assemble a talented team and together with it create unique innovative marketing solutions;
• Quickly find solutions in difficult and unpredictable circumstances;
• Be able to quickly analyze the current situation, identify prospects for development and prevent potential risks;
• Knowledge of the English language — from B2 (Upper-Intermediate).
