Your main tasks will be:

• Development and implementation of club development strategies.

• Ensuring the implementation of financial and quantitative plans.

• Organization and holding of regular meetings for participants.

• Attracting new members and partners to the club.

• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Team management, ensuring regular management.

• Market monitoring to maintain the club's leadership position.

• Control of business processes in accountable regions.

• Formation of the club's financial model.

• Regional project management.

• Ensuring regular management regarding the fulfillment of set goals and objectives.

• Controlling the work of digital marketing and the sales department in terms of club development..

• Maintenance of a dashboard with key indicators of the club.

You are our man if you have:

• Experience in the positions of CEO, head of clubs, communities or project leader for business communities. Experience in consulting will be a significant advantageEva.

• Experience in the development and implementation of business clubs.

• Experience in managing client communities and organizing events.

• Skills for working with customer satisfaction indicators ( NPS).

• Skills work with attracting new customers and speakers at meetings.

• Excellent management skills, ability to inspire the team.

• High communication skills for working with top managers and entrepreneurs, ideation, systematic thinking, strategic thinking, open mind.
