We currently have several ideas for SaaS projects that we want to launch. For them, we are looking for CEO.

Your skills:

Our future CEO should have one of three experience options:

  1. Experience in B2B SaaS entry with low average annual check (under 5k) with 1-2M ARR and growing it to 5-10M ARR within 2-3 years.
  2. Experience in building a business in the role of CEO or founder in a SaaS company and developing it from scratch to > 3M level.
  3. Experience in the position of CEO in a SaaS company and its development from 0.3-1M to >5M-10M.
  • Experience in attracting customers through content marketing and point performance marketing.

    We are looking for a CEO with experience in building a business, but this is not the only selection criterion.
    The match should be on many levels:

    1. Productivity. The ability to get a significant result at a minimum cost. Experience with OKR or Management by objectives and zero tolerance for people who do not achieve goals.
    2. Proactivity. The ability to act independently, without prompting; propose new ideas to the company.
    3. High level of intelligence. The ability to quickly learn, perceive and use new information at work.
    4. Analytical skills. Ability to structure and process qualitative and quantitative data and draw constructive conclusions from them; demonstrate an inquisitive and active mind, logical thinking.     11. Communication skill approaching implementation. What we have in mind: express the opinion consistently and clearly, conduct professional communication. Use structure and logic in texts. It is understandable to ask questions, name documents, letters so that they can be easily found in the future.

    13. The ability to search and find excellent professionals is a basic skill for a CEO. If you don't have anyone to offer to the new team, that's a wake-up call.
