Project goal is spiritual and psychological development, understanding and processing of strengths and weaknesses, self-development, self-analysis, understanding of oneself, which will lead to greater understanding and acceptance of oneself and people around us. The project will have a B2C direction as a basis, with an emphasis on the B2B segment - for the selection and development of a strong team of managers. 

Your decisions will directly affect the success of the company, and you will also get a chance to your ideas and see how they change the lives of many people.

We need a driven, ambitious and talented leader who can lead this large-scale project. Your tasks will be:

• Analyze the market of all apps in the nichepsychological and spiritual development of a person, to track changes in the industry, competition and market trends for timely response to challenges and opportunities;

• Explore our internal techniques that we have used for more than five years, covering work with psychotypes, astrology and other tools used in our practice. This knowledge will form the basis for further training of artificial intelligence, providing it with access to our unique approach and expertise;

• Develop key aspects of MVP - define its functionality, structure and main components, as well as formulate business model and plan the MVP in detail to ensure the most efficient launch;

• Together with the recruiting department and CEO of the holding to create a powerful team, attract key performers and form an effective team to launch the project;

• Conduct an NPS survey among potential customers to determine their top priorities and key factors influencing their loyalty;

• You will make decisions about the allocation of resources, investment and risk management, as well as choose a strategy for promoting the product.

So, you, in the role of CEO of the project, will perform the key role of a leader in determining the directions of development, coordinating all processes and accepting strategic solutions to ensure sustainable product growth.

What skills and criteria are important to us now:

• Leadership and results orientation, inspire and motivate the team;

• Minimum of 5 years of work in management positions (SEO/SRO/SOO/RO and others);

• See the big picture, generate ideas and develop strategies to achieve company goals in the future;

• Ability to assess current market trends, predict their impact on the company and adapt the corresponding strategy;

• Be able to assemble a talented team and together with it create a unique innovative IT product;

• Quickly find solutions in difficult and unpredictable circumstances;

• Ability to quickly analyze the current situation, identify prospects for development and warn of potential risks;

• Knowledge of the English language - from B2 (Upper-Intermediate).

It will be a plus if you have:

• Have work experience in the niche of esoterics/astrology, or spiritual and psychological development;

• Have experience working in a project using AI;

• Launched the product with 0.

The combination of these skills and criteria will allow you to effectively launch and manage a project, ensure its development and adapt to changing market conditions.
