We are 18 years old — we are a company with the largest portfolio of unique products in the world. Today, the manufacturer's equipment is used in more than 2,000 projects in 80 countries around the world, such as Diriyah Season Park in Saudi Arabia and Dezerland Park - the largest entertainment complex in Florida. We are developing rapidly and are currently looking for our already a large team, the leader is the CEO (Chief Executive Officer). Why us: We are a product company. The full cycle of product creation, therefore, different specialists can be present at the same meeting: electronic board assemblers, Java architects, marketers and sales. Some of whom speak 7 languages; We plan to hire 100 people in the coming year, including Americans and workers from other countries; 25% of the company works remotely in 10 countries. Our offices are in Kharkiv, Tallinn and Orlando (USA); We develop, manufacture and sell electronic devices entirely by ourselves: we design and assemble boards, develop housings, produce molds, cast plastics, create software from the idea to delivery to the client. Why will it be difficult? Challenges: We have production assemblers and backend architects under one roof; We compete with companies with a capitalization of 2.4 billion; We have offices in three countries; We have a full cycle of different specialists; We are a hardware company. The price of error is high. Basic requirements: Higher education (economics, finance, marketing); Mandatory experience in the position of general/executive director of three years or more; Confirmed positive experience in business management, including which is production; Experience of managing a staff of 500 people and the skills of coordinating the work of more than 7 departments; Experience of systematic management of relations with international suppliers and partners (import export); Ability to find non-standard solutions and successfully implement them; Experience of building a team and scaling it ;Experience in the implementation of analytics systems, KPI and accounting systems for the company's work (ERP, CRM, etc.);Confirmed positive experience in organizing the coordinated work of all departments with ensuring effective cooperation between departments in the format of clear, consistent and structured business processes;English proficiency at least at an Upper -Intermediate level. Main functions: Formation of a mature and effective top team; Adoption and implementation of strategic decisions that affect the long-term success of the company and its development; analysis, development, management of the company's business processes. Identifying and eliminating weak points of activity, increasing operational efficiency; Control, implementation, management of the company's financial indicators; Management of the implementation of plans and achievement of the set goals of the entire company; Work with heads of departments, establishing cooperation between them, monitoring the implementation of goals and indicators for each division.
