👉 Required Background:
— 1+ years of experience in a similar role (Executive Assistant / Operations manager);
— Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
— Proficient with technology, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (willing to learn new software);
— Ability to prioritize tasks/objectives with strong organizational, and administrative skills;
— English — at least upper intermediate;
— Have strong ethical character and high attention to detail.
🚀 We expect you to perform such Responsibilities:
— Manage company’s operational files and procedures, prepare presentations;
— Create operational procedures and instructions, and control their execution;
— Managing CEO’s calendar, scheduling and prioritizing appointments, maintaining an events calendar, sending reminders;
— Handling correspondence — compose and edit letters, documents, and emails;
— Communicating with executives, employees, clients, and other external partners. Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner;
— Create analytics and charts based on collected data, and present it to C-level;
— Manage workflow, keep track of tasks and deadlines, and handle special tasks assigned by C-level;
— Assisting with the preparation and following up on meetings and phone calls with scheduling follow-ups;
— Produce meeting notes, keep track of responsibilities, send reminders, etc.
— Provide process alignment of all functions of the firm.
