The CEO of our new project will deal with the following tasks:

• Development and implementation of a small business lending strategy;
• Project coordination and management of all stages of its implementation;
• Conducting market analysis and determining the needs of the target audience;
• Development and implementation of credit products and programs for small businesses;
• Establishing and maintaining partnerships with key stakeholders;
• Monitoring and analysis of risks, development of strategies for their minimization;
• Be responsible for the result of the financial indicators of the project.

The filter for this position will be:

• Higher education in the field of finance, economics, business administration or related areas;
• Work experience in the banking sector or financial institutions;
• Project management experience, preferably in the field of SME lending;
• Deep understanding of the needs and challenges of small business;
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and make quick decisions;
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking;
• High level of communication and leadership skills;
• Knowledge of modern technologies and tools for project management;
• English level Intermediate and above.

Goals and tasks for the trial period:

• Conduct market analysis;
• Form requirements for the project;
• Make a description of the project;
• Calculate the previous P&L of the project;
• Develop a project launch strategy.

How we interact with candidates:

1 stage: communication with a recruiter online (about 30 minutes);

2nd stage: communication with your future manager online or in person (about 1 hour).
