 We're hiring a Founding CEO (Equity Only)

We're building a secured hiring platform that replaces noise and fake profiles with trust and real connections.

We’re looking for a Founding CEO to take the lead on strategy, traction, and fundraising. You’ll co-drive the product with the founding team and help secure a $50K USF grant and early growth.

What you'll do:
Own go-to-market, fundraising, and partnerships
Lead pre-seed strategy and investor relations
Align product with business goals alongside the CTO
Represent the company publicly and in grant processes
Build the foundation for a future full-time team

Who you are:
Startup-minded and execution-driven
Clear communicator with experience in pitching/fundraising
Familiar with B2B SaaS or talent platforms
Comfortable joining pre-revenue in exchange for equity
Bonus: Experience with grant systems (USF or similar)

This is an equity-based role until external funding is secured.
