We are looking for ambitious and experienced CEO to manage and develop our company Match Vintage — resale platforms for men's, women's and children's clothing, shoes and accessories.

We is part of the movement for sustainable fashion  — sustainable fashion that cares about the planet and the future of humanity. Our mission is to create a platform for sustainable consumption, giving things a second life, reducing waste and making fashion affordable, stylish and environmentally friendly.

Responsibilities:  

- Construction and optimization of all business processes of the company.  

- Developing a growth strategy and achieving financial goals.  

- Team management, motivation and work control.  

- Development of online trade and social networks as the main sales channels.  

- Settings and controlstraffic arbitration to increase profits.  

>> - development and implementation of marketing strategy.  

>> - Work with the leaders of thoughts (influentors) to promote the brand.  

>> - Indicators' control and real -time reporting.  

>> - Development and implementation of a customer loyalty program. 

- full employment.  

>> - experience in management positions for at least 10 years.  

>> - a deep understanding of online trade, promotion on social networks and traffic arbitration.  

>> - ability to work with KPI and build effective business processes.  

>> - profit orientation and steady growth.  

>> - upper-intetermediaate (b2) or above.  

- Competitive wage: from 50 000 to 200,000 UAH.  

>> - Office in the center of Kiev.  

>> - the ability to become part of a promising and fast -growing business.  

>> - complete involvement and freedom in decision making.  

- In 2 years, cover the whole territory of Ukraine and enter the European market.  

- First Tour: Interview with HR.  

>> - Second round: interview with the owners of the company.  

- Execution of the test task.
