We are looking for a  Chief Business Development Officer (Holding) to take our products to the next level!

About the role:
As a CBDO you will be responsible for expanding and opening new markets and securing partnerships for our Holding product (PSPs, e-wallet).
You will play a critical role in attracting partners, expanding product capabilities and influencing business results together with the C-level team.


Requirements

  • 3+ years of business development experience in the FinTech (psp/providerwallet) — is a must;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (B2 and higher);
  • Strong understanding of online payments;
  • Readiness for travels to developing countries;
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and readiness to work in fast-paced environment;
  • Understanding of KYB, compliance, corporate structuring;
  • Successful track record of new markets entry;
  • Experience in setting up solutions in Tier 3 markets (p2p, cash acceptance, etc.);
  • Practical experience with APM;
  • Managerial experience;
  • Strategic thinking;
  • Experience with licenses — will be a plus;

Responsibilities

  • Analysis, research and development of new markets;
  • Search for partners, negotiate terms, finalise deals, and maintain relations;
  • Set up new business processes and improve existing ones;
  • Unite and align with colleagues around common objectives;
  • Business trips to different destinations for a week and more;
  • Hire local consultants, contractors, and agencies;
  • Provide creative solutions for challenging tasks and issues;
