Category manager (auto parts) Kyiv State University "Professional procurement" announces a competition for "Auto parts category development manager (Prozorro Market)". "Professional Procurement" is the first centralized procurement organization in Ukraine, which makes purchases for central executive bodies, and is the administrator of the state marketplace Prozorro Market. Vacancy mission: Managing the development of product categories within the Prozorro Market system to improve the efficiency and transparency of public procurement in Ukraine. Main responsibilities: Development of strategies for the development of automotive product categories (tires, oils, auto parts, technical fluids, batteries); Formation of requirements for specific characteristics of goods within the category and determination of technical requirements for them; Development of standardized technical tasks aimed at product quality and value; Analysis of market trends and changes in product categories. Evaluation of the results of purchasing activities with an emphasis on risk and the possibility of optimizing processes; Ensuring effective communication with authorities, controlling bodies and suppliers; Conducting training webinars for customers of price consultations for suppliers. Mandatory requirements: Understanding of the functioning of the market of auto parts and related goods. Ability to work with electronic catalogs for the selection of auto parts. Higher education in the field of management/economics/finance. Minimum of 2 years of experience in regulatory, category management or sales. Excellent communication skills and ability to speak in public. Advanced experience using Google Workplace (Documents, Spreadsheets, Presentations). Understanding the functioning and principles of Prozorro. Fluency in Ukrainian and English at B1 level. Requirements for personal and professional qualities: Analytical thinking and the ability to quickly learn new things. Ability to conduct constructive negotiations and implement flexible solutions. Team player with openness to sharing experiences. Ability to manage conflicts and work in stressful situations. High motivation and active civic position, decency and low tolerance for corruption.
