We are expanding the team and looking for a Category Manager 

Who we are looking for:

• A candidate with 3 years of work experience in the field of procurement .
• Speaks English at a level no lower than Intermediate.
• Has completed higher education.
• Has knowledge of current legislation regulating foreign economic activity.
• Understanding procurement methods and procedures, rules for conclusion of contracts, knowledge of Incoterms rules.

What to do >:

• Organizes work by category for the prompt and effective selection of suppliers according to the direction of the procurement category.
• Performs the tender procedure, determines the fair/target level of the offer for negotiations with suppliers within of the assigned category.
• Performs a review of the technical terms of reference from the initiator, helps in the formation of a high-quality and appropriate request of the technical terms of reference to attract a larger number of tender or competition participants.
• Conducts negotiations with suppliers to improve Commercial Offers on goods and services (obtaining the level of a fair/target offer) and the terms of the Agreement within the assigned category.
• Conducts search and market analysis of new goods and services.
• Conducts risk analysis of existing suppliers and takes measures to prevent them. Initiates and conducts the search for alternative suppliers.
• Conducts the annual evaluation of suppliers (CRI).

Work schedule: MON-FRI 08:00- 17:00 (by the way, we have a short working day on Fridays :)
