In Ukraine, we work with such channels as: farm market, special market and FMCG. Our clients: Eva, Makeup, Apteka Podorozhnik, Apteka Nizkih Tsin, Apteka 911, Apteka Henri-Pharm, Fozzy Group, Body Market, Mega-Mass, as well as many international companies.
We are looking for an analytical and strategicSenior category manager, who will help systematically manage the range, forecast trends and profitability to achieve the maximum result.
What key tasks will be in front of you?
- Analyze the market, consumer trends, competitors, innovations.
- Form and implement a category development strategy.
- Manage the assortment: SKUs for channels, segments, regions.
- Optimize the portfolio: balance volume, margin, circulation.
- Build a price architecture taking into account COGS, logistics, trade conditions.
- Ensure the profitability of the entire category (from purchase to sale).
- Analyze efficiency (sales, ROI, dead stock, turnover).
- Launch new SKUs, initiate changes in layout, promotions, replacements.
- Coordinate the work of the assortment manager and buyer.
- Cooperate with marketing, logistics, sales, finance.
- Conduct key negotiations with suppliers, agree trade terms.
- Ensure compliance with the established financial cycle.
What do we expect from you?
- 3+ years of experience in category management.
- Analytical and strategic thinking.
- Practical understanding of category financial indicators.
- Experience in assortment formation, pricing, negotiation.
- Communication, leadership qualities, ability to coordinate a team.
- High level of responsibility, attention to details.
