Job description

We are a network of computer equipment stores TELEMART.UA. Presented in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Odesa, Dnipro, Lviv, Khmelnytskyi, and Ternopil.

The company was founded in 2010. Since 2019, we have completely focused on the direction of selling PCs and everything related to them. According to statistics, every fifth computer in Ukraine is purchased from our company. TELEMART.UA offers one of the largest assortments in Ukraine in the field of computer components, gaming and e-sports products.

Due to active expansion, we are looking for an experienced category manager, specializing in the category -laptopsand is ready to bring its experience and offer new ways of developing partnerships.

Previous experience and skills:

• work experience from 3 years in a similar position (category development - laptops)
• English - Upper-Intermediate (B2)
• experience working with a large range of products and suppliers
• ability conduct a detailed analysis of sales, market trends, competitors and consumer preferences for the formation of an effective category management strategy
• ability to work with financial indicators, draw up budgets, plan expenses and income, as well as manage the profitability of categories
• experience in managing relations with suppliers, negotiating terms of cooperation, ensuring uninterrupted supply of goods and quality control products.
• ability to deeply analyze data and trends to make informed decisions

What you should do:

• participation in the planning of indicators of the company/department:
• analysis of the results of past periods and consideration of market trends to improve the planning of indicators
• budget control on purchasing, ensuring compliance with costs and plans, managing project tasks, making decisions related to expanding the assortment, launching new products or changes in product supply, salesI plan purchases that meet the commercial goals of the company
• analysis of market trends and forecasting demand for products
• development and implementation of an assortment matrix for each store taking into account local needs and market conditions, trends

• analysis of sales indicators, turnover and profitability of goods to optimize the assortment
• establishment and maintenance of effective business relations with vendors, suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality receipt of goods, return of irrelevant balances, negotiations
• development and implementation of initiatives to improve the efficiency of processes and achieve the company's business goals
• assessing risks and making informed decisions in difficult or force majeure circumstances
