Now the strategic task of the project is verticalization, focusing on priority categories of goods and their development. Therefore, we are looking for experts with experience working with categories (preferably in e-commerce) who are ready to take on the role of managers of trusted verticals in e-commerce. These are new roles in the project (so there will be several of them in different categories), the main task of which is to form an action plan for the development of the selected category. Currently, the priority categories for Promo are: Technology and electronicsHome and GardenClothing and ShoesBeauty and HealthFMCG (non-food) It is important that Promo only has the products of our customers-sellers and we do not plan to start our own products. This role involves close cooperation with the development and marketing teams , moderation, commercial department. In the future, building your own team for the development of the assigned category. For this role, it is important: experience in the development of a category/direction in a large retail (preferably in e-commerce), responsibility for the growth of specific metrics, management experience - managing cross-functional teams to achieve project goals, a deep understanding of online sales tools , marketplaces, SEO, content strategies and analytics, the ability to develop and implement strategies to increase sales, the ability to analyze the market, data sales and customer behavior to make informed decisions, the ability to prioritize and effectively allocate resources, focus on achieving KPIs, increasing conversions and the average check, as well as improving the customer experience, the ability to quickly adapt to changes and be able to make decisions in conditions of uncertainty, a proactive approach to solving difficulties Tasks: development and implementation of strategy to increase sales of the assigned category, including defining key products, pricing strategies and approaches to the assortment on marketplace.
