Basic responsibilities

• Market Analysis and Competitive Environment -Research of demand and trends in the selected category
  - Definition of key players, pricing strategies and expectations of clients
• 
  -Definition of Cooperation Conditions, Assortment Formation
• Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy
  -Development and implementation of the category release plan
  -Coordination of Marketing Activities to Start Sales
• Pricing and Commercial Strategy
  -Definition of Pricing Policy, Stock Conditions and Loyalty Programs
  -Management of Category Profitability Indicators
• Operational Start
  -Control of the filling of the assortment and availability of goods on the marketplaces
  -Formation of category structure (tree, attributes and values)
• Effectiveness Monitoring -Regular analysis of sales, conversions and client behavior
  -Category Optimization based on analytics and user feedback
