We are currently in the phase of active scaling, so we are looking for a team Casino Retention Manager.
Your key tasks:
- Implementation of customer retention strategy and customization mailings (email, SMS, push);
- Development of content plans for retention channels;
- Analysis of current communications with users and implementation of data-based improvements;
- Creation and optimization of automated email campaign;
- Segmentation of the user base and personalization of offers;
- Planning of campaigns (promos, promotions and other activities);
- Collection and analysis of statistics, generation of reports about work results.
Our expectations from you: - Experience with retention metrics and analytics tools;
- Skills for developing effective communication strategies and user retention;
- Knowledge of the principles of segmentation and personalization;
- Experience with platforms for mailings (email, SMS, push );
Desirable: experience with Figma and tools for creating landing pages.
