Objective:Filling the vacant position of Cash Registrar for direct work in frontline communities, registering newly arrived evacuees and providing emergency assistance to the population affected by shelling.
Requirements:
- Higher education (preferred);
- Proficient PC user: Excel (pivot tables, VPR), Google Workspace;
- Experience with KoBoToolbox databases will be an advantage;
- Proficiency in competent Ukrainian language;
- Awareness of humanitarian principles and human rights standards;
- Good communication skills, tolerance and attention to details;
- Ability to work independently and in a team, meeting deadlines;
- Self-motivation, initiative, flexibility;
- Readiness for business trips in the communities of the Zaporizhia region;
- Availability of a category B driver's license (preferred).
Duties:
- Direct work in front-line communities, registration newly arrived evacuees and providing emergency aid to the population affected by shelling;
- Collection and verification of identity documents and filling out applications for receiving humanitarian aid;
- Counselling of aid recipients on the criteria for receiving aid, the list of necessary documents and the scope of the aid itself;
- Polite and reasoned explanation of the reason for refusal in issuing assistance (non-compliance with criteria, lack of documents, program completion), minimizing the risks of conflict situations;
- Dissemination of key information about the project;
- Informing beneficiaries about the policy of zero tolerance to sexual exploitation and abuse (PSEA);
- Explaining the operation of feedback and complaint handling mechanisms (Feedback and Response Mechanisms);
- Reporting and control of the accuracy of entered data;
- Adherence to the agreed criteria and rules for providing assistance, in accordance with the project;
- Ensuring equal and impartial treatment of all beneficiaries, not allowing discrimination, demanding rewards for providing assistance;
- Providing comprehensive support to the Cash Coordinator and cooperation with the MEAL team, operational and project department.
