• higher education in the field of finance/ accounting and audit;  
• fluent in Ukrainian (English proficiency will be an advantage);  
• PC - a confident user (Word, Excel, PPT, Office 365); advanced user MS Excel, 1C;  Knowledge of SPSS will be an advantage;  
• Ability to work with data, large amounts of information;
• Social or Humanitarian Aid Experience, as well as reporting for international donors will be an advantage;
• Basic understanding of humanitarian workorganizations;

  responsibilities:

  • Analysis of the ability and counseling of representatives of local communities and beneficiaries regarding the conditions and rules of receipt of financial assistance (vouchers) in order to ensure their awareness of the expected delivery of vouchers or goods and timely development of distribution plans; style = "font-style: normal; FONT-Weight: 400 "> Timely informing suppliers of goods (services) in order to ensure their readiness to the beginning of the distribution of vouchers;
  • Direct interaction with MEL and distribution teams (distribution), as well as other departments to ensure efficiency and coordination ; FONT-WIGHT: 400 "> Collection of statistics and information that is important for the implementation of the project;
  • Analytics to evaluate the results and impact of the project;
