Non-governmental organization "Club of fishermen of Ukraine — Yue Fishing Club" is an innovative organization aimed at creating a better future for children, youth of Ukraine and the world. We are actively engaged in non-formal education, psychosocial assistance and advocacy.

NGO "Fishermen's Club of Ukraine" has representative offices and offices in 15 regions of Ukraine, the main team of the organization has more than 400 permanent staff.

The organization works in Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava, Chernihiv, Kharkiv, Sumy, Khmelnytskyi, Ternopil, Zakarpattia, Kyiv, Odesa, Vinnytsia, Kherson and Sumy regions.

Requirements:

• General understanding of humanitarian principles;
• Education in the field of humanities, social sciences or other relevant field;
• Experience in humanitarian projects is welcome.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting a detailed assessment of the needs, risks and vulnerabilities of individuals (households: adults and children). Development, implementation and monitoring of individual case management plans taking into account identified needs, goals and available resources.
• Registration of the beneficiary in the program, maintenance of accounting forms, reporting, collection of beneficiary documentation.
• Maintenance and storage of case management documents in accordance with the data protection and information exchange protocol.
• Referrals to specialized services, including medical care, mental health support, legal aid and educational resources, and support and coordination of services.
• Regular monitoring of the support process and services provided as part of case management.
