We are currently looking for a case manager to join our team, the vacancy is open within the project , which NGO implements with the support of CARE Deutschland e.V. ().

Service provision period:January 2025 - June 2026.

Case requirements manager:
  • Relevant work experience from 1 year;
  • Professional higher education will be an advantage;
  • Availability of certificates, advanced qualifications;
  • Availability of recommendations
  • Respect for deadlines and reporting standards;
  • Proficient command of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom;
  • Staying in Mykolaiv/Kherson and traveling around the region to work with beneficiaries offline.
  • Willingness to register the FOP of 3 groups with the relevant KVEDs.
Area of ​​responsibility of the case manager:
  • conducting an assessment of the needs and risks of the affected persons, determining the extent of their need for assistance and protection;
  • development of individual assistance plans for each affected person;
  • collection of data and information for the preparation of project reports;
  • realization of redirection of affected persons, in particular, victims of GHZ, to special services;
  • providing individual assistance in the field of protection
  • completion of current project reporting.
