About PGA:
Polish Humanitarian Action (PGA) is an international non-governmental organization, which of Since 1992, it has been providing humanitarian aid and development aid worldwide. Key tasks and responsibilities:

- Monitoring, control and technical support of case management activities;
- Provide technical support and assistance in the implementation of case management activities in accordance with the standard operating procedures of the Russian Academy of Sciences and international standards;
- Ensuring and performing an accurate, timely assessment of needs within the scope of case management;
- Ensuring support of case management employees, visiting the project implementation site, providing feedback liaison with case management workers;
- Ensure control over proper management, storage of case management documentation, database management data and information preservation in accordance with the policies of the Russian Academy of Sciences and the legislation of Ukraine;
- Conducting individual and group supervisions for case management employees to control the performance of work tasks, exchange of experience, support, development and motivation of personnel;
>- Building strong partnership relations with stakeholders engaged in social support (experts, practitioners, organizations and state institutions). for expansion redirects;
- Maintenance of program files and documents according to minimum standardsand program management, including ensuring the confidentiality and security of client data.
- Ensuring quality preparation of reports and contributions to reports submitted to donors, clusters or other interested parties.
- Reporting to clusters and working groups in cooperation with the RAS data collection and processing specialist.
- performance of other duties delegated by the Project Coordinator Manager.
The candidate will be selected based on the qualification requirements described below :
- higher education in social work or a related specialty;
- knowledge of the protection and social services sector;
- experience in implementation programs of psychosocial support/protection in emergency situations;
- education, case management trainings;
- understanding of best practices and protection strategies (case management, psychosocial support, etc.);
- good oral and written communication skills in Russian / Ukrainian languages;
- good oral and written communication skills in English;
- good interpersonal skills communication;
- good skills in using Microsoft Office, phone applications and Google Apps;
- good organizational skills and keeping confidential information;
- ability to cope with workload;< /li>
- ability to work independently and proactively;
- willingness to travel at least 50-60% of working time
- business trips to other region.
