Case manager in Lisova polyana, GO, Resursniy centr

Lisova Polyana resource center was created in 2022 by a team of specialists who from the first days of the war (2014) work for the recovery of Ukrainian servicemen and veterans, as well as civilians who suffered from the war. 

We are opening a Case Manager vacancy , the list of duties and requirements can be found below.

List of duties:

• processing of requests for services from victims of captivity, torture and SNPK

• needs analysis consulting

• monitoring available services as needed

• compilation of the list of service providers with contacts in the region of stay of persons who applied for help

• complex case support

• analysis of feedback forms from service recipients

• analysis of feedback forms from service providers

• service accounting

Requirements for the candidate:

• higher humanitarian education

• with experience in helping victims of torture and SNPK

• ability to solve crisis issues

• ability to work with documentation

• ability to communicate environmentally and effectively with trauma-sensitive clients

• availability of FOP with corresponding QUEDAMs
