Our client is a charitable foundation that since 2011 helps children and for women who find themselves in difficult life circumstances, we are looking for a Case Manager.
The foundation has implemented more than 70 projects aimed at the protection and development of Ukrainian children , helped more than 3,000 children with treatment and fulfilled more than 5,000 children's dreams.The largest project of the fund is a unique modern shelter that can shelter more than 400 people, is a space of unconditional protection and support, which is especially important in the conditions of the war in Ukraine.
Responsibilities:
- Assessment of the needs and problems of people who receive assistance from the fund.
- Development of individual assistance plans with concrete steps to solve problems. >
- Coordination of the provision of medical, psychological, legal and social support.
- Information about available resources and services.
- Constant monitoring and support of aid recipients.
- Attracting necessary resources, including financial assistance, food and clothing.
- Maintaining detailed documentation and reports on services provided.
- Participating in training and seminars for professional development.
- li>Cooperation with colleagues to improve the quality of services and effectively solve complex cases.
- Higher education.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work with large amounts of information and documentation.
- High level of self-organization and responsibility.
- Good written and spoken Ukrainian.
- Confident command of a PC and office programs.
- Willingness to help and work in the charity field.
- Official employment.
- Work schedule: Mon-Fri/from 09.00 to 18.00.
