Case management specialist in Posmishka YuA, Blagodiyniy fond

Posmishka YuA Charitable Foundation invites cooperation in the team of the project "Emergency Reintegration and Protection Services" of children who return to the territory controlled by Ukraine 2" A case management specialist in the city of Kyiv, who will provide services with:

• accompanying children and providing social services to families with children who have returned to the territory of Ukraine;
• participation in the organization and holding of round tables with subjects of the social sphere;
• evaluations needs of children who returned to the territory of Ukraine;
• establishing the cause of antisocial phenomena and developing a set of measures to eliminate them;
• provision of social services of counseling and representation of the interests of beneficiaries;
• engagement to the provision of social services, educational, health care, social service institutions, public organizations, foundations and other entities providing social services, etc.;
• ensuring the implementation of the Child Protection Policy and reporting procedures;
• filling in the necessary paper and electronic forms for reporting, the report on the completed work;
• reporting and coordination with the case management coordinator, as well as the project manager;
• participation in the implementation of long-term planning and drawing up requests for the purchase of goods necessary for proper activity;
• participation in meetings of relevant clusters and with regional state authorities and local self-government bodies, according to project activities.

Location: Kyiv

Requirements for artists:

• higher education (bachelor, master or specialist) - social direction;
• experience of social support;
• skills to determine the family's need for social services;
• experience in developing individual plans for working with the case and determining the forms and methods of assistance;
• mandatory knowledge of the Ukrainian language at a level that allows business correspondence and communication; - computer skills (MS Office);
• developed communication skills;
• zero tolerance for any manifestations of violence and discrimination, compliance with ethical standards (Sexual exploitation and Insults are prohibited in all forms.The organization implements a policy to prevent sexual harassment, sexual exploitation and exposure. Procedures are regulated in accordance with the policy of the National Security Council and organizational rules and regulations of the organization).

Type of cooperation: Full-time employment (possible business trips)
