Development of an individual plan for social support and reintegration of the child. > Coordination of provision of services for children and families with children.

Support in the collection and registration of documents for receiving state social payments, assistance and subsidies. l>
Organization and attracting community resources to support the returned child and his or her family. >
communication and organization of meetings with partners, stakeholders and donors involved in the implementation of an individual plan of measures to ensure social support and reintegration of the child. support within 3-12 months from the date of completion of social support.
