We are looking for the best Career Development Manager in our team, which will play a key role in the long-term success of the career development of our students from Ukraine, Poland, and in the future - from Brazil.

We expect:
1+ years of people-related work experience: admin, HR, recruitment, etc.
Well-developed communication skills: verbal and written
Systematic and skills of time management
Understanding the market and the IT field at a basic level
Empathy, the ability to feel people, their needs and motivations and provide constructive feedback
Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to build rapport with candidates with different experiences and personal qualities
English at the level of Upper-intermediate+
Willingness to take Basic courses in all areas that we teach (Recruitment, QA, Python, etc.)
Will be a plus:
Experience in conducting career consultations, development coaching sessions
Experience in management/coordination teams
Your areas of responsibility:
Support and improvement of salary monitoring and career development processes
Support and career development of employed students
Measuring the business impact of student career development
Helping to create resumes and student accounts on JOB portals
Preparation of graduates for Performance review & Salary Raise
Conducting career webinars upon request
Researching the IT market of employers
Working with CRM
Proactive position in execution tasks
