The ROKADA Charitable Foundation announces a competition to fill the vacancy - Career Advisor/Career Advisor of the "VONA" hub, FOP
Main responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group career counseling for women from vulnerable categories
- Organize trainings, round tables and information sessions
- Cooperate with local authorities, social services, employers and public organizations
- Look for educational and grant opportunities, help beneficiaries after training in employment or starting your own business
- Promote the service: running a social media hub
- Prepare reports, collect feedback and document results, success stories and best practices
What you need to have
- Experience in career counseling, social work, HR or project activities - will be a plus, but not necessary
- Communication, initiative and willingness to work with women in difficult life situations
- Organization and the ability to coordinate events and build partnerships
- Skills for working with a computer and online tools
