We are looking for a customer care specialist to strengthen our team and create the highest level for customers service.
We are aUkrainian product fintech company. We help entrepreneurs trade safely, so they can sleep peacefully, knowing that they will not have problems with the state.
Every daywe clear 3.5+ million checks for 100+ thousand companies and we continue to grow rapidly. We want new customers to receive it as well, so we are looking for someone to help us with that.
We are looking for a technical support specialist who:
- Resolve customer questions by answering their calls and messages in chat.
- Will advise them on general questions about our product.
- Help users set up our digital cash registers.
- At times will remotely connect to a customer's computer (Windows, Linux, MacOS) to help on the spot.
It is important that he/she:
- Loved to communicate;
- Could explain even the most complicated things in simple words;
- Were not afraid when several tasks were "burning" at the same time;
- Confidently used Windows (knowledge of Linux/MacOS is a plus);
- Able to work with Google Docs/Sheets or MS Office;
- Knew what cloud services and mail are;
- Had basic knowledge of setting up and troubleshooting technical problems (working with drivers, connecting peripheral devices, installing and updating programs);
- Were not afraid to learn new things and face new interesting tasks every day (you will not have to be bored!);
