Care Department Manager (remote) in Eddy LMS

Hey, Eddy LMS is a Ukrainian educational startup designed to facilitate and modernize the educational process .

We have created a full-fledged educational ecosystem with over a hundred different functions for teachers, students and parents Our team digitizes and brings everything related to learning online. Hundreds of educational institutions across the country are already using our product and their number is constantly increasing — so we are expanding.

We are currently looking for a manager in user care team.

Requirements:

• Availability of PON Internet and equipment for remote work.
Preferred work experience in technical support or in a similar position (willing to teach if there is no experience).

Knowledge and skills:

• Understanding the principles of information systems.
Experience with Windows, macOS operating systems.
• Skills in working with CRM systems and application management systems.
• Ability to communicate with clients and provide clear technical advice.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.

Personal qualities:

• Responsibility, organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team.
• High sociability and the ability to resolve conflict situations.
• Resistance to stress and the ability to remain calm in difficult situations.
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language (written and spoken).

Responsibilities:

• Answer calls and emails from users.
• Remote configuration and troubleshooting of platform functionality.
• Documentation of requests from platform users.
• Consulting on the work of the Eddy platform.
• Analysis of appeals and reporting.
