Working conditions:

• Floating 5 - 6 working days a week (weekend floating)
• From 9.00 - 19.00 (the schedule is discussed a month in advance!)

• Salary rate + CRI + bonuses for the implementation of the sales plan

  Our employee has the following qualities:

  • You have experience in the automotive sector
  • Availability of a category B driver's license
  • Experience of accident-free driving for at least 3 years
  • Understanding the technical component of the car, to check the technical condition of the car, according to the inspection act.
  • You are communicative, flexible and customer-oriented (you will be able to listen to the customer, smooth out "sharp corners" and determine his needs)
  • You confident in their actions 
  • Stress is stable, punctual, positive and purposeful
  • You are fluent in the Ukrainian language
  • A confident user of a PC and messengers

  Your tasks:

  • Consult the client over the phone and get him interested in the car!
  • Invite to the car showroom for a meeting
  • Meet the client in the showroom, conduct a presentation of the car (consult on the technical device and car maintenance )
  • Conduct a test drive
  • Accompany the client to the service station
  • Conclude the deal
  • Get feedback from the happy owner of the car!
