Purpose of the post: General management of construction projects at all stages of implementation - from obtaining permits to commissioning of real estate.

Requirements:

• Higher Engineering Building Education (PGS, Architecture, GS).

• Work experience - at least 10 years in the management position of a construction company or customer/contractor service.

• Personal participation in the construction of industrial or logistics complexes.

• Knowledge of the current legislative framework of Ukraine in the field of design and construction.

• Knowledge of bidding rules, order of conclusion and implementation of design and construction agreements.

• Knowledge of the order of development and approval of design estimates.

• Knowledge of the basics of construction production technology and methods of construction work.

• Knowledge of the basics of economy and organization of production, labor and management.

Basic responsibilities:

• Organization of efficient work of a unit based on clearly organized business processes.

• Ensuring measures to prepare for the construction of objects, timely and qualitative conclusion of contracts of construction contract, assignment, contracts for the provision of services, additional agreements to them, their support.

• Ensuring timely and quality construction and construction work in a minimum time with minimum costs.

• Provision of objects by documentation confirming their readiness for operation in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, in the minimum time with the minimum possible expenses.

• Organization of quality control of design, construction and assembly and launching works.

• Guide to the interaction of customer employees, contractor and designer directly at the facilities under construction.

• Analysis of value optimality of used building structures and materials.

• Selection of applicants for design and construction work.

• Ensuring the control of work and measures to provide the facility with energy resources, timely and qualitative design of contracts for the supply of energy.

• Development of a unit budget for a year, quarter, month.
