CEMARK has an exciting opportunity to join the CAPEX Projects team as a CX Program Administrator who will be responsible for ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and analysis of project costs within the capital expenditure (Capex) portfolio. This role involves managing financial data in SAP, preparing detailed cost reports, and supporting project managers with financial insights to maintain budget discipline and optimize spending. The Program Administrator will cooperate closely with project teams, procurement, and finance to ensure cost transparency and control.
Key responsibilities:
SAP Project Cost Management & Reporting:
• Register new projects in SAP and ensure proper structuring of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
• Process budget allocation requests and ensure proper cost allocation within SAP.
• Create and manage Purchase Requisitions (PR) related to Capex projects.
• Extract financial reports from SAP, ensuring accuracy and consistency of cost data.
• Generate detailed project reports, including contracts, payments, and completed works (acts of acceptance).
Weekly Operational Reporting:
• Prepare and distribute weekly operational reports on project expenditures and commitments.
• Ensure reports provide detailed cost and obligation tracking, segmented by contracts.
• Identify financial trends and provide insights into cost variances.
Program/Project Financial Oversight:
• Develop and maintain reports on contracts, obligations, completed works (acts), and payments.
• Track financial commitments and expenditures across multiple projects within the Capex portfolio.
• Provide project managers with real-time cost information to support decision-making.
• Consolidate cost data and generate structured financial summaries.
• Provide cost breakdowns and cash flow projections as needed.
Financial & Cost Control Expertise:
• Strong understanding of project cost tracking, budget management, and financial reporting.
• Experience in managing project cost commitments and obligations in SAP, other ERP systems.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Proficiency in extracting, analyzing, and interpreting financial data.
• Ability to create structured, detailed cost reports and dashboards (MS Excel, Power BI).
SAP & Financial Systems Proficiency:
• Hands-on experience with SAP (project registration, WBS, PR creation, budget allocation).
• Ability to generate and interpret financial reports in SAP.
Project & Contract Cost Oversight:
• Knowledge of cost implications in project planning, procurement, and contract management.
• Ability to track and analyze commitments, obligations, and payments.
Collaboration & Communication Skills:
• Ability to work effectively with project managers, procurement, and finance teams.
• Strong reporting and data presentation skills to provide clear financial insights.
