Project management and reporting
- Development/contextualization of the GOCA ACTED Ukraine global methodology, adapting it to the needs of partners and the SEED project , in particular.
- Conducting a multiple assessment of local partners using the GOCA tool and other assessment tools.
- Development and implementation of new forms and templates for conducting the assessment.
- Development and implementation in cooperation with partners of a risk reduction plan.
- Determining training needs of partners and coordinating actions with the partnership technical coordinator, SEED project coordinator/managers, officials to close the gaps.
- Ensuring all partners access to training and professional development resources, that meet their skill gaps/needs.
- Conduct and facilitate capacity building activities (trainings, information sessions, training, guidance, distribution of materials) and provide feedback to program teams, maintain clear records and data on all trainings and capacity building sessions.
- Prepare and conduct pre- and post-assessment of capacity building trainings to assess the average increase in knowledge among training participants.
- Collaborate with the Partnership Technical Coordinator and monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) specialists to ensure that capacity development activities are closely monitored and documented throughout implementation and that measures are taken to continuously improve performance (including reorientation and adjustment of strategies as necessary). ).
- Collaboration with local civil society organizations (CSOs), charitable foundations, government agencies, volunteer and self-help groups to propose improvements and program adjustments based on research findings.
- Providing support in aspects of securing additional project funding and strategic communication, including information gathering, positioning, development of proposals, etc.
- Ensuring effective cooperation within the project, coordination to create synergies between programs to achieve maximum effect.
- Collaboration with local civil society organizations (CSOs), charitable foundations, government agencies, volunteer and self-help groups to propose improvements and program adjustments based on research findings.

Required qualifications and skills:
- Master's degree or equivalent experience required; Degree in Social Sciences, International Development, Management or other related field preferred.
- Experience: At least three (3) years of experience in managing capacity development projects and in designing and delivering training, including courses/curricula and materials development
- Strong analytical and reporting skills. Ability to analyze large amounts of information, evaluate options, think and plan strategically.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel (above basic) and database applications. Experience with formulas, functions and data processing.
- Experience in writing grant applications and knowledge of project management.
- Skills in creating presentations and structuring a large amount of information.
